Not the official record
This site is not the Massachusetts Trial Court and it is not masscourts.org. We open that public portal and search the departments and divisions it already offers. We do our best to run the search you asked for.
We do not guarantee that a result is accurate, complete, or current, or that it is about the person you meant. A case can be missing. A name can match someone else. The portal can be behind the paper file, or still show a case after the court has changed it.
The official record is the one kept by the clerk of the court that has the case. A certified copy comes from that clerk.

Massachusetts limits criminal offender record information under General Laws chapter 6, sections 167 through 178B. The official process is iCORI, through the Department of Criminal Justice Information Services.

The portal can interrupt a search
The Trial Court portal can ask for a human check, slow down, or be unavailable. A search can stop before every court has been checked. Payments for searches on this site are final and non-refundable.
